The AutoStreamer also applies accurate amounts of liquid fertiliser through its unique auto-valve and four spaced openings along the bar. The flow rate of the AutoStreamer works in partnership with the in-cab rate controller and the operator can simply and easily change the flow rate from within the cab. No leaving the cab, no flow dials to rotate or slide.
The Dribble Bar accurately applies liquid fertiliser through four equally spaced openings along the boom. The rates can be pre-set to one of five different flow-rates by just a simple finger-tip adjustment of the flow dial. Rates can be simply altered in the field without removing the dribble bars from the boom
A new version of the 5 Star Variable Rate Fertiliser Nozzle to apply higher volumes of product per hectare. One nozzle will cover the output of three fixed output nozzles. At 12 KPH speed and 2.5 bar pressure, you could now achieve 368 litres/hectare for a 30N application. Optimum boom height is 700mm and fits all standard quick-fit nozzle bodies.

The BFS 5Star is a five outlet, quick fit bayonet fertiliser nozzle, which fits most standard nozzle bodies. It allows you to apply liquid fertiliser and then quickly swap over to spraying without removing them.
At 12 kph you can apply between 80 and 240 litres per ha by changing the pressure, controlled by the rate governor. Higher rates can be achieved but at slower forward speeds. They can be used for variable rate application or for quick rate changes when moving from field to field or to different crops, without changing nozzle size. Optimum pressure range is between 1.25 bar to 2.75 bar max. It is important not to use higher pressures which can result in excessive scorch.
Trident, consisting of a three-hole nozzle housing with a bayonet fitting, accurately applies unbroken streams of liquid fertiliser to a target surface. The nozzle has an internal auto-valve that comprises a chamber and metering orifice surrounded by a resilient, but flexible, sheath, which is expandable and reacts consistently and proportionately to increases/decreases in pressure.
When there is no flow/pressure the flexible sheath closes the exit aperture in the support plug. As pressure is increased the sheath expands in response to the increase and liquid flows out of the aperture and into a chamber at a rate directly proportional to the increase in pressure and then, exits as three consistent streams through the three orifices.
Another major advantages of the AutoStreamer is the ability to replace the cap.
