BFS supply two types of heating oil to householders in Essex for central heating.
Kerosene: The main domestic heating oil referred to as 28 second Kerosene, or Regular Burning Oil, or RBO. It requires a flue connected to the outside, such as a chimney or balanced flue.
Gas Oil: The diesel for tractors, forklifts, industrial heating, and other off-road equipment. Dyed red, it is also known as Red or Tractor diesel. It may not be used in road vehicles.
